DOUBLE ASIA MILES BONUS OFFER

PARTNERSHIP TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1.      Offer Period and Eligible Travel
These terms and conditions apply to the participation by customers of Scenic Tours Pty Ltd (“Scenic”) in the Asia Miles Limited/Cathay membership  program offered by Scenic to its customers (the “PARTNERSHIP TERMS AND CONDITIONS”).The Double Asia Miles Earn Bonus Offer (Offer) operated by Asia Miles Limited (Cathay) applies to new bookings (the “Booking”) of Scenic River Cruises, Scenic Yacht Cruises, Emerald River Cruises and Emerald Yacht Cruises commencing on or before 31 March 2028 and being completed no later than 30 September 2028 (Participating Cruises) made as Qualifying Purchases through Scenic’s Australian direct and trade Booking channels (including via Scenic’s websites https://scenic.cruises and https://emerald.cruises, the Scenic Australia call centre, Australian trade partners and travel agents) made and confirmed from 14 September 2026 to 31 October 2026 (Offer Period). Eligible rates for this Offer include Asia Miles Full Fare, Flexi Fare, Best Available Fare. By 31^st of October 2026, the Offer Period terminates and the Offer expires automatically.

2.      Qualifying Purchases
A Qualifying Purchase means a Booking of a Participating Cruise made through Scenic’s and Emerald’s Australian Booking channels specified in clause 1 during the Offer Period, where a valid Cathay membership number and matching member name are provided by customer at the time of Booking or otherwise in accordance with these Partnership Terms and Conditions.

3.      Base Miles Earn Rate
Asia Miles are earned at the rate of 2 Asia Miles per AUD 1 of eligible cruise fare paid on a Qualifying Purchase (“Double Asia Miles”), excluding the amounts described in clause 4. Any part of the eligible spend that is less than AUD 1 is disregarded when calculating Double Asia Miles earned. For example, AUD 100.95 earns 200 Double Asia Miles.

4.      Exclusions
Double Asia Miles are not earned on air fares, port charges and taxes, on board spend, DiscoverMORE Optional Journeys, Discovery Experiences, or any other third-party fees or charges absorbed on behalf of the customer by Scenic Group.  

5.      Channel Restrictions
Participating Cruises booked worldwide through third parties, including wholesale channels, or any channels - other than the direct Scenic and Emerald Australian websites, Australian trade partners & travel agents and call centre specified in clause 1 , are not eligible to earn Double Asia Miles under the Offer.

6.      Customer Eligibility
The Offer is available only to Australian-resident customers of Participating Cruises who are also Cathay members. Australian residence is a condition of participation and may be verified at the time of Booking of Qualifying Purchases. 7.      Accrual Timing
Double Asia Miles are calculated on the eligible AUD value of the Qualifying Purchase, excluding the amounts referred to in clause 4, and accrue only upon completion of travel for the relevant Participating Cruise. Double Asia Miles do not accrue at the time of Booking confirmation or full payment of Qualifying Purchase. For the avoidance of doubt, travel completed on or before 30 September 2028 in respect of a Qualifying Purchase remains eligible for accrual.

8.      Member Details
To receive Double Asia Miles under the Offer, the customer must quote “DOUBLE ASIA MILES” during the Booking process and provide their Cathay membership number, family name, given name and email address. The customer is responsible for ensuring that all Cathay membership details are accurate, complete and current at the time of Booking. Scenic is not liable for Double Asia Miles that cannot be credited because of incorrect, incomplete or outdated member information supplied by the customer.

9.      Credit Timing
The Double Asia Miles will normally be credited to the relevant Cathay account within 4 to 6 weeks after completion of travel.

10.   Missing Miles Claims
If Double Asia Miles have not been credited within 6 weeks after completion of travel, the customer should contact 138 128 and provide the Booking reference, lead customer name, check-in and check-out dates, and Cathay membership number. Cathay or Scenic may also request a copy of the cruise invoice or other evidence of travel.

11.   Retroactive Claims
Any claim for Double Asia Miles relating to a Qualifying Purchase must be made no later than six (6) weeks after completion of the relevant travel. Only Double Asia Miles calculated at the published Base Miles Earn Rate under the Offer will be awarded for any approved retroactive claim. Bonus miles, bonus points or additional rebates outside the Base Miles Earn Rate are not available on a retroactive basis.

12.   Applicable Term
By participating in the Offer and earning Double Asia Miles, the customer agrees to be bound by these Partnership Terms and Conditions and the terms and conditions for Cathay Membership (the “Cathay Membership Program Terms and Conditions”) available at cathaypacific.com relating to earning Asia Miles.  The Scenic and Emerald Group Booking Terms & Conditions (“Scenic Emerald BTTCs”) apply to all reservations and Bookings of Qualifying Purchases and are available on the relevant Scenic or Emerald website. To the extent of any inconsistency or conflict between these Partnership Terms and Conditions and Scenic Emerald BTTCs, these Partnership Terms and Conditions prevail in relation to the earnings of Double Asia Miles.

13.   Privacy and Data Sharing
Both Asia Miles Limited and Scenic will process personal data in accordance with their Privacy Policy available on the relevant websites. Asia Miles Limited will process personal data as an independent controller in accordance with its own privacy policy and applicable data protection laws, which may involve transfers of personal data to Hong Kong and other locations as described in those policies. For the purposes of the Offer, Scenic transfers personal data from Australia to Asia Miles Limited in Hong Kong for member identification, validation and Double Asia Miles crediting. Each Scenic and Asia Miles Limited act as independent controllers in respect of that processing. Personal data will be retained at least until completion of the last cruise in respect of which credits are awarded to customers who both booked and travelled within the Offer Term.

14.   Separate Loyalty and Payment Offers
The Offer is separate from any card-linked earn offers or other loyalty programs that may apply to the customer’s chosen method of payment. Double Asia Miles earned under the Offer cannot be transferred or exchanged for points, miles or benefits in any other loyalty program.

15.   Use of Credited Double Asia Miles
Once credited, Double Asia Miles cannot be reversed, transferred or re-credited between accounts by Scenic. All matters relating to the use, redemption, expiry or forfeiture of Double Asia Miles are governed by the Cathay Membership Program Terms and Conditions.

16.   Availability and Withdrawal
The Offer and the availability of Participating Cruises are subject to capacity controls and may be limited, changed or withdrawn at any time without prior notice. Withdrawal of the Offer does not affect Double Asia Miles entitlement for Qualifying Purchases where travel has been completed before the effective date of withdrawal, subject to clause 17.

17.   Other Scenic or Emerald Offers
The Offer may be used in conjunction with other Scenic or Emerald Cruises promotional offers, unless otherwise stated in the specific promotional terms applicable to those offers.

18.   No Stacking of External Partner Offers
Promotional offers made available by Scenic’s external partners, including airline and bank partners, cannot be combined unless Scenic expressly states otherwise. Where a Booking is eligible for two or more external partner promotions, only one external partner promotion may be applied to that Booking.

If a valid Cathay promotional code is entered into and accepted for the Booking, the Cathay promotional code will take priority over any other external partner promotion available for that Booking. Scenic will confirm the promotion applied and the final Booking price before the Booking is completed.
